Hi, please allow me to introduce myself. I'm Geoff Dyde, owner and Director of Motorvation (Evesham) Ltd & I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to view this page and provide a little background to the garage and what makes us different.
Alongside running the garage for almost 30 years, I am a qualified vehicle technician with 40 years experience, I've achieved IMI Master Technician Accreditation and served 15 years as a technical trainer for Bosch in the UK, delivering Diagnostic and Master Tech training to technicians all around the UK. Learning & teaching has helped encourage me to follow a path of continuous improvement and to truly understand the challenges faced within the motor trade, in particular by garages like mine, and really appreciate & value the people connected with it - whether that be customers, staff or suppliers.
Because of this I believe we can provide a unique employment opportunity where your skills and job satisfaction can develop and be valued.

Current Vacancies:
Technician / MOT Tester
We’re looking for a qualified Technician & MOT Tester to join our experienced workshop team.
You’ll carry out MOT tests, servicing, and general vehicle repairs to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction every time.
What we’re looking for:
- Current MOT Tester (Class 4, 5l & 7) qualification preferred
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
What we offer:
- Competitive pay (£38k to £43k PA basic, based on experience and qualifications)
- 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday hours (No Saturdays)
- Ongoing training and development

- Previous experience in tyre fitting & vehicle servicing
- A keen eye for safety and quality
- A full UK driving licence
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
